Guys, it’s time to talk about sharing your feelings and how doing so will help you get your girlfriend back after breaking up.  This term was probably coined by a person who tried to truthfully depict the art of opening up and showing one’s deepest emotions.  Despite how well you comprehend what this term means, the message is obvious: emotional availability means being willing to communicate honestly with others.

in order to get your girlfriend back you are required to sincerely promise to be more forthcoming and emotionally present in the future.  Never make her guess what your real intentions or feelings are.
