At the beginning of the article I told you that there is a way to get your ex back and I’m going to outline what I did initially to get my head ‘straight’. Like I suggested earlier, I accepted the negative feelings I was experiencing after my breakup. Once I worked through that and took a closer look at myself, I asked myself what I could have done differently. As a matter of fact I could have done things better. I won’t go into exactly what those things are but I would like to emphasize that I looked at myself more closely. After doing this, I quickly realized that I had changed my mindset. With this change in mindset I looked at the situation completely differently. I began to see things more positively.
With this new outlook I began to see myself differently and that I could in fact win my ex girlfriend back. This change in focus and mentality was partly what I suspect my ex girlfriend was hoping for. She actually hinted about it but I was too stubborn to listen to her. Actually taking control of the situation as well as responsibility for how I was feeling, gave me more confidence to feel as though I could get back together with my ex girlfriend.
I made a good start at reassessing my relationship with my ex girlfriend but felt as though I had some more work to do. I did not know exactly what to do so began to ask questions and find out how I could reestablish a better relationship. While searching on forums and sites online I found out about a book that had the answers. It was a relief to have some guidance. The book is called Magic Of Making Up.
